Import Enhanced Ecommerce tag templates (GA4) for GTM

From your GTM container, go to Admin > Import Container.

1. Select file to import: download the attached template file below (GTM-Ecommerce-GA4.json) and select the downloaded file
   
2. Choose workspace: Existing
   
3. Choose an import option: Merge > Overwrite conflicting tags, triggers and variables.

Then, click Confirm.

The tags template will be imported into your GTM container.

Go to Tags section and click on the tag "GA - Configuration" to change the sample Measurement ID into your Google Analytics's Measurement ID.

To get this ID, in your GA account, go to Admin > Data Streams.

Select your website's data stream.

Copy the Measurement ID and paste it into the corresponding field in GTM tag.

Then, save the GTM tag and Publish your GTM container.
