Enable Search-by-Image feature for your app

As Google has updated their policy, the Image Search feature is not always free anymore. It has a limit on the amount of searches users can make per month before Google starts charging a fee. The details is as below (Price per 1000 units):

1. Create a Google Cloud account


(You can ignore this step if you already have a Google Cloud account)

Go to https://cloud.google.com/ and click Get started for free.




Enter your information and click Start my free trial.





2. Google Cloud API Configuration


Go to https://console.cloud.google.com/. On the left menu, go to APIs & Services, then click Enable APIs and Services.




Go to Cloud Vision API and Enable this API.





In Cloud Vision API dashboard, click Create Credentials.




Select Cloud Vision API.





Click What credentials do I need? button.




Click Done.




Click Create Credentials > API key.





A popup will show up, click Restrict Key.




Choose Restrict key and select Cloud Vision API. Then click Save.





Your API key is now created. Copy this key and paste into your dashboard > Features > Search By Image > Image Search Key.
