Zopim Chat

Step 1: Login to your Zopim Dashboard then click on Profile icon on the top right corner, choose Check Connection


Step 2: You will find the Account key as the picture below


Step 3: Go to your Website backend: Simiconnector > Connector Settings > General Setting > Zopim Configuration.

  • Enabled: Choose yes to enable Zopim Chat function.
  • Account Key: Enter the key from previous step here.
  • Allow show profile: If you choose “Yes”, customers have to fill out some required information before start chatting.
  • Name, Email, Phone: Choose between “Required”, “Optional” or “Hide” for asking customers’ information before chatting.


Step 4: Click Save Config.
