Please read this before submitting a ticket

Hi guys,

Welcome to SimiCart’s support system (mobile shopping apps builder). Since you visit this page, perhaps you are having some unclear questions or problems related to our product. We are willing to assist you, both before-sales and after-sales issues.

Our top priority is to satisfy you with the best support in the shortest time, thus we'd appreciate if you could follow some tips to cooperate with our support team better.

- When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.
 

- For technical issues, please try to provide us as much information as possible so we can solve the problem for you in the shortest time:

  • Your order information: order ID, package, plugins, vv...
  • FTP and Admin information (recommended)
  • Screenshots / Screencasts (please make notes on the images if possible)
  • Description of the errors

After your ticket is created, we will answer you via email within 24h (48h if the ticket is submitted at weekend). Therefore if you don’t get our response within this time, there are 2 reasons which may cause the problem:

- Your ticket hadn’t been created successfully. Please ensure you get the notification email which confirms that your ticket has been created.
- Our response was transferred to your Spam box -> you should check your spam as well and mark our email as “Not spam”.

You also can submit ticket by sending email directly to our email address: support@simicart.com. Please check if you get the confirmation email from our system to ensure the ticket has been created successfully.
